Find both commercial and homeowner prospects

Commercial side: same Google Places search and AI analysis as Starter. Homeowner side: pull residential property records by ZIP and year built using the ATTOM Property API, search county data via Regrid, or import lists from CSV (works with ATTOM, ListSource, DataTree, or county assessor exports).

Target homes by age, size, and value

Filter homeowner records by year built (1970–2005 is the sweet spot for HVAC replacement), square footage, estimated value, and bedrooms. AI assigns urgency ratings (low to critical) based on system age and recommends mail letters, door hangers, and call scripts for each address.

Add up to five team members

Create separate logins for managers and reps. Assign leads, track follow-ups by user, and review team activity. Each user has their own scoped lead view; the owner sees everything.
