What exactly do I get when I buy?
Both formats — the standalone PHP app (for cPanel and shared hosting) and the WordPress plugin — plus a license key, install instructions, and a SQL file for the standalone version. One purchase, two ways to install.
What does the AI actually generate for each lead?
An HVAC opportunity score from 0–100, a recommended service angle, conversation starters, pain points specific to that building or home age, objection handlers, a call script, door hanger copy, a direct mail letter, and a cold email template. All personalized to the specific lead.
What API keys do I need and what do they cost?
A Google Places API key (Google gives $200/month free credit, plenty for ~10,000 searches) and an Anthropic API key for the AI features (pay-as-you-go, roughly $0.01–$0.03 per lead analyzed). Optional: ATTOM Property API for direct homeowner data ($99/month plans, Professional and Agency tiers only). All keys are entered in the app's Settings — no coding required.
What's the difference between Starter, Professional, and Agency?
Starter is single-user with commercial leads only and a 500-lead cap. Professional adds the homeowner module (CSV import, county records, ATTOM), team users up to 5, and a 5,000-lead cap. Will it work on my hosting?
Standalone version: any cPanel or LiteSpeed host running PHP 8.1+ and MySQL 5.7+ — works on Bluehost, SiteGround, HostGator, A2, GoDaddy shared hosting, etc. WordPress plugin: any WordPress 6.0+ install on PHP 8.1+. If your host runs WordPress, it'll run this.
Is this a subscription or one-time purchase?
One-time, lifetime use. No monthly fees from us. Your only ongoing costs are the API usage fees from Google and Anthropic, which scale with how many leads you actually run.
What happens if I want to upgrade later?
Pay the difference and download the higher-tier zip. Your data stays in the database — just install the new version over the old one. No re-entering leads, no migration headache.
